    I have an original transferable DP28 that has been upgraded to a DPM/RP46. I assume I have to transfer it to you on a Form 5 to get the machine work done for the RP46 Barrel Latch Release, is that correct?

    According to the BATFE, while the form 5 is NOT REQUIRED it is recommended to protect all parties involved.
