Barrel pre-order deposits not being applied at final checkout.

    It has come to our attention over the last few weeks that many have experienced an issue were the deposits of $100 per barrel made during the pre-order process is not being applied to the total and you are being charged full price during final checkout. The web developer doesn't have an answer on why this is happening as of yet so what we will do, is as we go through the orders during shipping updates to accounts, we will refund your credit card the amount you were overcharged. If your barrel ships and you do not get a refund for the over charge, then at that time, please let us know so that we can do this for you. I'm sorry for this difficulty and trust me when I say it's frustrating for us as well because of the loss of time running down the issues. Thank you for your patience.

    Please take a breath, your pre-order is still holding your barrel. We are trying to get the website fixed so that you can finalize the order on your account. As a last resort, we will call you. We haven't forgot anyone, and we are not intentionally ignoring anyone. We will get your order finalized one way or another unless you change your mind and would prefer a refund. Thanks for your continued patience.
